# Payments

1. Payments are processed using PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
2. Card details are never stored on our servers.
3. If your payment fails, you will receive an email notification.
4. Contact your bank if payments are repeatedly declined.
5. Orders are automatically cancelled if payment fails.
6. Failed payments will be reversed within 24-48 hours depending on the bank, in some cases take 5-7 working days this depends on your bank or credit/debit card
7. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Supported payment methods:

Fastdep.in is not liable for losses from declined transactions due to card or bank issues.

# Refund

1. Refunds are only issued for payment-related issues or order cancellations.
2. Refunds are processed electronically to the original payment method (no cash or cheque refunds).
3. Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
4. For 🏦 Net Banking (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) payments, please provide your bank details for processing.
5. Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Fastdep.in cannot guarantee the exact timing of refunds due to third-party processing and bank schedules.
7. Unjustified Charge-backs initiated by your bank will void eligibility for refunds.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Why shipping fees are non-refundable ?

Shipping fees are non-refundable because they are paid directly to logistics providers and packaging materials are used to prepare your order. These costs are incurred upfront and cannot be recovered once your order is shipped.

# Pricing & Tax

1. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST.
2. Cart prices reflect the latest product page pricing and may change before checkout.
3. Prices are subject to change until checkout is completed.
4. Invoices cannot be changed after creation
5. Business customers must provide their GSTIN before checkout to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC); otherwise, invoices are issued as consumer invoices and ITC cannot be claimed.

Once an invoice is created, Fastdep.in cannot update it to add or change your GSTIN.

# Discounts & Coupons

1. Not all products have quantity discounts. Eligible products will display a volume discount table.
2. Coupon or voucher codes are sent to your registered email address.
3. Fastdep.in reserves the right to change or cancel coupons, vouchers, or their values at any time.
4. Reward coupons expire after a set period.
5. Coupons and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Coupons are only given to eligible customers.

# Order Cancellation

1. You can request to cancel your order by email or through the “Cancel” option in your account.
2. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
3. Orders that are already in transit cannot be cancelled.
4. Orders cancelled by us (e.g., out of stock) will be fully refunded.

# Returns

1. We do not accept returns or exchanges: for reasons such as incorrect selection, change of mind, or non-essential purchases.
