- We currently ship only within the Indian subcontinent, provided your pin code is serviceable by one of our logistics partners.
- Default shipping is via India Post Parcel Service. If you prefer a different logistics provider, please contact our support team.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
- Any delivery-related issues must be reported within 15 days of shipment. Complaints beyond this period will not be entertained.
- Some products may have special lead times. Please refer to the product information page before placing your order.
- Shipping charges are specified per product. For multiple items, the system adds up individual shipping charges.
- Volumetric pricing applies when the item is lightweight but occupies significant space (e.g., a cotton pillow).
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
